Common questions
Can customers sign a quote on their phone?
Yes. The quote opens in a browser, they read it and sign with a finger, and you get a notification straight away. Nothing needs printing.
Does it chase quotes automatically?
On the Crew plan and above, yes, on a schedule you set. On Solo you send the quote and any follow-up is manual. Quote chasing is usually the single feature that pays for the upgrade, because a forgotten quote is lost revenue you have already done the work to earn.
