The compliance clock is arithmetic and it is set per asset rather than per property. Every trade next door has a fixed interval welded to a document. A refrigeration engineer's leak check interval has to be calculated from the refrigerant charge, so one site can carry three different clocks, and a leak repair starts a fresh short-notice check that nothing in a normal diary knows about.

How the work arrives
Reactive-heavy and, unlike heating, it never gets an off-season, because a cold room failing in January is still stock on the floor. Breakdowns land against contractual response times, so the clock starts the moment the call comes in.
How the year runs
Late spring into summer is the reactive peak, because condensers lose capacity against high ambient at exactly the moment the load rises. There is a regulatory peak too, driven by whenever each asset's own check falls due.
Where Gafferly stops, for this trade
Better to know now than in week three of the trial.
- Gafferly does not calculate leak check intervals from CO2e. You set the schedule, it holds it.
- There is no built-in F-Gas logbook. It is form builder work, and worth doing carefully because the record is per asset.
- It does not track cylinder stock as inventory. There is no stock control in Gafferly.
