The money questions
What happens when the 30 days are up?
Your card is charged for the plan you picked and nothing stops. We email you before it happens. Cancel any time before the end of the trial and you pay nothing at all.
Why do you take a card for a free trial?
So the work you put in during the trial carries straight over instead of hitting a wall on day one of paying. You are not charged during the trial and cancelling takes two clicks.
What counts as a user?
Anyone who signs in: engineers, office staff, you. Customers using the portal are free and do not count.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down, any time. We work out the difference for the rest of the month automatically.
Do you charge VAT?
No. We are not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee, no onboarding fee, no charge for support.
What if I need more than a few seats?
Add as many as you like from Settings, Team. If you are bringing over a bigger team and want a hand moving your data across, email us.
