Quotes & proposals

Build branded quotes with optional extras the customer picks, and get them signed online.

Last updated 23 July 2026

Quotes are where you win the work. Build one, send a link, and the customer accepts and signs online, which books the job.

Building a quote

  1. Open Quotes and start a new one, or start from a template so most of it is already done.
  2. Add line items by hand, from your price book, or with ✨ Draft with AI (below).
  3. Add written sections (scope, terms), a deposit and payment options.
  4. Save and send the shareable link.

Optional extras that sell themselves

Tick Optional extra on any line and it becomes a card the customer can choose when they accept. Give it a photo from your company photos and a warranty note, and if you discount it the customer sees the old price crossed out. As they tick extras, Your total and the deposit update live, then one signature covers the lot. Whatever they choose flows straight onto the job and the invoice, and Reports shows how often extras get picked.

Draft with AI

In the builder, use ✨ Draft with AI: describe the job ("replace 2 rads, fit TRVs, drain and refill") and it drafts priced line items from your price book. Review the prices before sending. The more you fill in your price book (Settings → Quoting & branding), the sharper it gets. See AI assist.

Good, better, best

You can offer tiered options and let the customer pick the package that suits them, and they can add extras on top of their chosen tier.

Design

The Proposal design section sets the cover image, headline, accent colour and style (Classic, Modern or Bold). The web link, the print view and the PDF always match, so what you preview is what they get.
