Logo, colours, website & trust badges
Make every quote look like your firm, and show the accreditations that win trust.

Go to Settings → Quoting & branding. Three sections matter here.
Branding
Upload your logo, pick your brand colour and add your website. The colour runs through your quotes, invoices and the customer's accept page, and the website appears on the document footer. You can also add an insurance statement and a guarantee statement here.
Trust & accreditations
Add the badges you carry (Gas Safe, NICEIC, TrustMark, whatever applies to your trade) with the membership number and an expiry date if it has one. They render on your quotes next to your rating, and an expired badge quietly stops showing to customers rather than embarrassing you.
Company photos
Upload real photos of your work and your team. They're used across your proposals, and each optional extra on a quote can carry one, a photo of the actual filter or thermostat sells it better than a line of text. Every image needs a short description so the quote reads properly for everyone.
