Add your people, give them the right role, and get engineers on their phones.

Roles
- Owner sees everything, including money and settings.
- Dispatcher runs the diary, jobs, customers and quotes.
- Accounts handles invoices, payments and reports.
- Engineer gets a lean phone view: their day and their jobs.
Adding people
Invite each person by email, or add them with a username and password if they don't use email (they sign in with your company login code plus their username). Pick their role as you add them: dispatcher, accounts or engineer. Owners are promoted afterwards from the People list, an invite can never create one.
For engineers, set their labour cost per hour on the People list once they're added, it feeds the profit figures on Reports. Engineers only need their phone, the phone view is built for site work and keeps working with no signal.
Leaving
Deactivate someone any time and their access stops immediately.
