Price things once, reuse them on every quote, and let AI draft priced quotes for you.

Price book
Under Price book, add the jobs and materials you quote again and again, with your price and VAT rate for each. In the quote builder these become one-click line items, and ✨ Draft with AI prices lines from them where they match (and estimates the rest). The fuller your price book, the more of a draft comes straight from your real prices.
Saved terms & text blocks
Under Saved terms & text blocks, save the written sections you reuse: your terms, your what-happens-next paragraph, guarantees. Drop them into any quote instead of retyping.
Labour cost rate
Set your default labour cost per hour under Labour cost rate. It doesn't show to customers, it powers the profit figures on Reports.
