Job types that speak your trade
Rename the generic job types and equipment kinds to the work you actually do.

Gafferly starts with neutral labels like Installation, Repair and Callout so it fits any trade. Two minutes here makes every screen read like your business.
Rename them
Go to Settings → Job types & equipment. Rename the job types to what you actually sell ("Boiler service", "EICR", "Cold room breakdown") and the equipment kinds to what you look after ("Boiler", "Consumer unit", "AC unit").
Why bother
Every job, contract and equipment record files under these labels, and Reports breaks profit down by job type. "Which job type makes the most money" is only a useful answer if the types mean something.
