Gafferly has AI built into the spots where it saves you the most time. Nothing is sent or saved automatically, you always see a draft and edit it first.
Where to find it
- Message drafting: a customer's reply box → ✨ Draft. See Messages.
- Suggested replies: inbound messages on the Messages screen (the Replies in tab) → ✨ Suggest reply.
- Quote drafting: the quote builder → ✨ Draft with AI, priced from your price book where lines match and estimated where they don't. See Quotes.

AI gives you a head start, not the final word. Read every draft before it goes to a customer, and check any figure before you rely on it.
