When an engineer finishes, they complete the job from the job page. It works offline, so a basement with no signal is fine, it syncs when they reconnect.
The steps
- In Complete the job, write what was done in the Work done box.
- Get the customer to sign on screen.
- Tap complete. The customer is sent a tidy job sheet, and the job is ready for the office to raise the invoice.
