Service reminders

The Reminders screen (in the Operations menu) is your service book. It surfaces every customer whose service is coming due, worked out from your equipment records (a year on from the last service). Service contracts are separate: they book the next visit as a job directly, so they don't show here.

Using it

Open it once a week: each due customer has a one-tap send for the reminder text, or snooze it if the timing's wrong. For anyone doing recurring work, an annual service, a periodic inspection, a planned visit, this is the revenue engine: the work is already yours, the reminder just books it.
