Fleet keeps your vans road-legal and shows you where they are.
Adding your vans
Vans are added in Settings → Vehicles, where you also assign each one a driver. That's what lights up the live map, no vans, no dots.
Vehicle records
Each van holds its make, model, MOT, tax, insurance and service dates, plus mileage. Due dates show as red, amber or green chips so nothing lapses, and when you log a passed MOT or service and enter the next due date, the vehicle's due date rolls forward for you.
Live map
The Live map plots your vans in real time (from the driver's phone). Under Fleet → Geofence zones you can set up circular zones (a centre point and radius) for the depot, a site or a no-go area, and get alerted when a van enters or leaves, or moves out of hours.
Driver safety
From phone GPS, Gafferly scores driving for speeding and harsh braking or acceleration, and ranks the team safest-first on Reports.
