Every customer has a single page showing their history: jobs, quotes, invoices and messages, with their sites one tap away.
Sites and equipment
A customer can have several sites, and each site's page holds its equipment (the units, appliances or systems you install or maintain) plus its photos and media. Recording equipment means you can track service-due dates and keep the photo history per asset.
Scan a data plate
On a site, use 📸 Scan a data plate: take a photo of the appliance's rating plate and Gafferly reads the make, model and serial and fills the form in for you. Check it and save. See AI assist.
Notes and the portal
Add "things to know" notes, and switch on the customer portal so they can view and pay online.
