The customer portal is a private, branded login where your customers can self-serve.
What they can do
- Review and accept quotes, and pay invoices.
- See their jobs and history, open certificates, and download receipts.
- Request a callback or a new job, and update their own contact details.
Turning it on
On a customer's page, open the Customer portal card, switch it on and set a password. Everything they see is strictly their own records.
