Gafferly asks for reviews at the right moment so you build your reputation without chasing, and it's smart about who gets pointed where.
How it works
About 12 hours after a job completes (typically the next day), the customer gets a short message linking to a quick star-rating page. Anyone who rates 4 or 5 stars is then invited to share it on your Google or Trustpilot link; anyone less happy tells you privately instead of the internet. Your ratings roll up on Reports, and your average can show on your quotes next to your trust badges.
Setup
In Settings → Customer notifications, add your Google or Trustpilot review link and edit the request wording.
