Leads (top of the Sales menu) is the inbox for every enquiry before it becomes a customer.
The inbox
New enquiries land under New, with Spam, Converted and Archived tabs beside it. Open a lead, check the details, and hit Convert to customer + job: it creates the customer and a first job in one go, ready to schedule. Junk gets marked as spam so the inbox stays honest.
Wiring up your website
Go to Settings → Website leads for your embed form and connection details, so enquiries from your website, Zapier, Facebook or Typeform land straight in the inbox instead of an email you might miss. You can also get an alert on every new lead.
Once a lead is a customer, everything else flows from their customer page.
