Your plan and seats
Your plan, seat usage and the billing portal live in Settings → Team, alongside the people they pay for. Manage everything there, including your payment method, through the billing portal. Some automations (like the Follow-ups chasers) unlock on the Crew plan and above.
Branding and payments
Your logo, brand colour, trust badges and photo library live in Settings → Quoting & branding, and card payments (Stripe) plus Xero live in Settings → Payments. The set-up guides walk through both: branding & trust and card payments & Xero.
